a) Hosting and access data (automatically upon every page view)
Our hosting provider Netlify, Inc. processes technical access data, including IP addresses, browser type, operating system, referrer URL and time of access, for the technical provision and security of the website.
b) Contact form (index.html — “Request report”)

If you use the contact form on the contact page, we collect:

- Company or brand (optional)

To submit the form, a mandatory checkbox must additionally be confirmed, by which you declare that you have read this privacy policy and agree to the use of your details for this purpose. Your details are used exclusively for handling and answering your inquiry. Transmission and processing take place via Netlify Forms (see Section 5a). If the form is not submitted, no data is transmitted.

3. LEGAL BASIS
Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiation of a contractual relationship) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and in the continuous improvement of our analysis and assessment services).
Technical access data (2a): Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (security and disruption-free provision of the website).
4. STORAGE PERIOD AND DATA USE
Your data is stored for as long as this is necessary for the provision and continuous improvement of our services. You may object to the storage at any time (Article 21 GDPR) — please contact [email protected] (see also Section 8).
5. DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES
Your data is not sold. For technical handling we use:
a) Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, USA)
Hosting, CDN, form processing and server logs. Transfer to the USA
on the basis of standard data protection clauses (Article 46(2)(c) GDPR).

6. FONTS
This website uses locally embedded fonts (self-hosting). No connection to external servers is established. No data transmission, no cookies.
