Pricing Architecture

No flat fees.
No price cliffs.
One engine.

Your engagement cost reflects the actual complexity of your collection — not a bracket you happen to fall into. Every style is classified individually across five dimensions. The result is a price that scales exactly with your supply chain, not arbitrarily around it.

Adding one extra style never causes a price jump. Volume tapering means the marginal cost of each additional style decreases as your collection grows.

01 —

Complexity Classification

Every style is assessed across five dimensions — material count, supply chain depth, certifications required, special material categories, and construction complexity. The highest single dimension determines the style's tier.

02 —

Volume Architecture

Styles are priced at full rate for your first twelve, then at progressively lower marginal rates as collection size increases. No price cliffs — the taper is continuous across four bands.

Engagement Setup

A one-time setup fee covers agreement preparation, scope confirmation, file intake, and engagement management. Additional collections within the same engagement carry a reduced setup.

Four tiers. Five dimensions.
One rule.

Each style is assessed independently. The tier is set by the single most complex dimension present — not an average. A simple T-shirt with one hazardous substance becomes a Tier D.

A
Simple

Single or dual material constructions. Tier 1 supply chain only. No or minimal certification requirements. Standard natural or synthetic fabrics.

A basic cotton T-shirt sourced from a single fabric mill with no lining and no certification requirement.
B
Standard

Three to four fabrics. Supply chain extends to Tier 2. One or two certifications such as OEKO-TEX Standard 100. Recycled content or organic claims.

A woven blouse with shell and lining from two suppliers, requiring OEKO-TEX Standard 100 verification.
C
Complex

Five to seven fabrics. Three-tier supply chain tracing to yarn or fibre origin. Multiple certifications including GOTS, GRS, or Bluesign. Technical coatings or functional layers.

A structured jacket with shell, lining, and interlining from three supplier tiers, requiring GOTS and GRS verification.
D
Advanced

Eight or more fabrics, or leather, exotic materials, or technical substrates. Four-tier supply chain to raw material or chemical inputs. Three or more certifications, animal origin, or REACH-relevant substances.

A leather-panelled coat with down fill requiring RDS certification, chemical compliance, and full raw material traceability.

// Tier classification is confirmed by LGFL at the Discovery Call, based on your style files. If a collection spans multiple tiers, each style is classified and priced individually. Tier confirmation is part of the free audit scope — no paid commitment required before you have your full breakdown.

More styles.
Lower marginal rate.

Styles are priced at four progressively tapering rates across four bands. The rate applied is the marginal rate for each band — earlier styles are unaffected when you add more.

Styles 1 – 12
Full rate

Base classification rate applies to each style.

Styles 13 – 30
Band 2 rate

Marginal rate reduces. Applies to styles in this range only.

Styles 31 – 60
Band 3 rate

Further reduction for mid-collection volume.

Styles 61+
Band 4 rate

Lowest marginal rate. Scale collections and multi-season audits.
