Pricing Architecture
Your engagement cost reflects the actual work in front of us — not a bracket you happen to fall into. We scope each engagement against the real shape of your collection and, above all, the state of your data: how much already exists in structured, audit-ready form versus scattered or missing.
Adding one extra style never causes a price jump. Scope scales continuously with your collection — more styles, lower rate per style, no jumps.
The decisive driver. How audit-ready your data already is — structured and verifiable, scattered across PDFs and email, or not yet captured. The lower your readiness, the more structuring work the engagement carries.
Volume, style complexity, supply-chain depth and certification load — the real cost drivers we weigh per style, with the hardest single dimension carrying the most weight.
A one-time setup covering agreement preparation, scope confirmation, file intake and engagement management. Additional collections within the same engagement carry a reduced setup.
// How your price is scoped
Your engagement cost reflects the actual work in front of us — and the single biggest variable in that work is how audit-ready your data already is.
Two brands with the same number of styles can be very different jobs. One keeps fibre composition, supplier IDs and certificates structured in its PLM; the other holds the same information across tech-pack PDFs, spreadsheets and email threads. The first is close to a passport. The second needs that data found, structured and verified before one can exist. We price the distance between where your data is and where the DPP needs it to be — which is exactly what the audit measures.
So we don't quote off a bracket you happen to fall into. We scope each engagement against five things:
How much of your required data already exists in structured, verifiable form versus scattered or missing. The lower your readiness, the more structuring work the engagement carries.
Number of styles, collections and seasons in scope. More styles lower the rate per style; they never trigger a price jump.
Materials and components per style, construction, and special materials (leather, down, technical substrates) that carry their own data and compliance weight.
How many tiers have to be traced and how many suppliers engaged to close the upstream gaps.
The number and type of certificates (OEKO-TEX, GOTS, GRS, RWS/RDS, REACH evidence) to collect, verify and link.
// How the price is set
80 questions, ~30 minutes, an instant readiness picture across the framework. Your first, no-cost read on the data situation that drives price.
We map a sample of your styles against the LGFL DPP Data Framework and hand you a verified readiness score, a ranked gap map, and a clear picture of your true data situation.
With your real data situation on the table, we scope the full collection together — volume, complexity, supply-chain depth, and the structuring work your readiness implies.
// Your scope and estimate are confirmed with you at the Discovery Call — against your own style files and Scanner result — before any paid commitment.
// Audit Deliverables
Start with a sample of styles and a live picture of your compliance position. Or go straight to the full collection. Both tracks deliver a complete, structured output — the scope is different, not the standard.
// How scoping works
Start with the free Gap Scanner — an instant readiness picture in about 30 minutes, no files. Bring it to a Discovery Call and we scope your engagement together, grounded in your real data: your collection, your supply-chain depth, and the structuring work your readiness implies.
Run the DPP Gap Scanner →// Build · Host · Maintain
The audit gives you the map. Build & Host builds the infrastructure — production-ready DPPs for your full collection, connected to the EU DPP Registry, live behind permanent QR and NFC codes, and maintained for the 10-year horizon the regulation requires. Not a seasonal subscription. A live compliance infrastructure on a monthly SaaS retainer.
// Build & Host is scoped after the Full Collection Audit so the build is designed around your exact data architecture. Setup fee is based on collection size and system complexity. New style additions and ongoing maintenance are included in the monthly SaaS fee.
Share your brand details and we'll set up a short Discovery Call to scope your engagement against your collection and your data situation — a clear, evidence-based estimate before any commitment.
